Rose village Lottum

Lottum is the rose village of the Netherlands. No less than 70% of the total production of roses in the Netherlands originates from this picturesque village. Everything in Lottum involves roses, the Rozenhof, the bike routes, the rosaries and of course the Rose Festival.


Lottum in the south of the Netherlands and situated on the western bank of the Maas, about 10 km north of Venlo. Via the A73 from Nijmegen and Roermond and the A67 from Eindhoven Lottum is directly connected to all parts of the Netherlands.
To reach Lottum please take exit 11 on the A73 highway between Venlo and Venray. Follow the signs leading to Melderslo / Lottum. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit towards Lottum. Follow this road (about 6 km). At the T-junction at the church of Lottum turn right, and park your car for free at the market square.

During the Rose Festival the centre of Lottum is closed for traffic. Signs will lead you to designated parking areas.
