In the Rozenhof (garden of roses), in the center of Lottum, you will find a unique combination of a beautiful rosary and a knowledge centre.  In the rose garden the finest and most beautiful roses for the Dutch and German climate are grown. Answers to all your questions about roses are to be found in the knowlegde centre.

In Rose Village Lottum and its surrounding area approximately 20 million roses are grown per year. This equals 70% of Dutch production. The cultivation of roses in all its forms come alive in the Rose Knowledge Centre. Visitors to the Rose Knowledge Centre can find all information about roses and the Rose Village Lottum here.

In the Rose Knowledge Centre you can watch the film ‘From hip to rose’ in which all parts of the production process of roses is paid attention to; From harvesting rosehips to the delivery to garden centres. At the Rose Knowledge Centre you can also view several presentations on roses and or read up in various literature to understand.
In the Rose Knowledge Centre you can also find information about Rose Village Lottum, the Rose Festival, the history of the rose and the care of roses. In short, The Rose Knowledge Centre is a source of information, an educational centre for professionals, consumers and tourists.
